PROFESSION DESCRIPTION:
Graduates of schools in the profession of an economist technician are most often entrusted with work related to running a secretariat, accounting and billing as well as HR and payroll matters in organizational units: financial and accounting, HR and payroll, marketing, advertising, employee recruitment, sales. In performing professional tasks, it is necessary to use office equipment, efficient use of Internet resources, use of a foreign professional language and the use of specialized computer software. PROFESSION DESCRIPTION:
Hospitality technician is a profession consisting in providing hospitality, i.e. in organizing and providing accommodation, catering and other services related to the guest's stay
in a hotel facility. The hotelier determines the set of services offered, the manner of their provision and develops a commercial policy. It cooperates with other institutions offering hotel services and collects opinions on customer preferences, analyzes the offers of competitors and observes the hotel market on an ongoing basis. It is a developing profession that requires more and more qualifications, because the requirements of hotel guests are constantly growing, in order to meet them, the general standard of services must be constantly raised. Working in a hotel can be a passion and bring a lot of satisfaction, but it requires full professionalism, knowledge and high personal culture from the employees.
